In each course you will find its features, such as duration, language, level and prerequisites.
At the moment most of our courses are focused on beginners, so there are no prerequisites. In case of intermediate level courses, the prerequisites are to have worked with SAP or to have previous knowledge in the subject.
Courses are completely online, so you don’t need to go to any classroom in person.
You can access your lessons, readings and assignments anytime, anywhere via Desktop or mobile devices.

Please go to Profile page, below your profile information you will see Your Courses, expand the course you want to resume and select the topic, lesson or quiz.

Please expand the left sidebar, it contains the course content. Select the lesson, topic or quiz you want to go.
Option 1: At the right-hand side of the top bar you will find an avatar icon, place your cursor over it and two options will be displayed, click “Course Home”.
Option 2: Below the video you will find the Features section, click the third button.
Option 3: Scroll down the page, at the bottom you will find the “Back to Course” button.
Place your cursor over the video player to display the features bar, click on “CC” button and click on the English or Spanish subtitles options.
Go to the related lesson and at the bottom of the page, you will see a “Post a comment” button. Please click it and a form will be displayed.

When you purchase a course, we automatically redirect you to PayPal’s site. All our payments are processed by them, so the payment methods available are the same as the ones they offer: credit or debit card, cash and bank account.

Yes. In case you need an invoice, please send us your fiscal information to abatlearning@abatgroup.de and a proof of your purchase, as well as your abatLearning username.
In case you need a payment receipt, we just need the proof of payment.
In case after logging in you are not redirected to Profile page or homepage stills shows the option to log in and register, please reload the site by pressing Ctrl + R using your keyboard.
In case you purchased a course, but you cannot take it because the page keeps showing you the option to buy, please send us and email to abatlearning@abatgroup.de with your proof of payment, we will enroll you into the course manually.

Refunds will be issued if you have only watched the first video of the course, either lesson or topic. Also, if the reason for the refund is valid, e.g. we did not fulfill the learning promises found in the course description, we will refund your money.
In case you bought a course and you don’t like it, we can exchange it for any other course of less or equal cost. To do so, send us an email to abatlearning@abatgroup.de, where you will have to specify why you did not like the course and for which one you want to change it.
